How to create your Paytm account?

• Launch your Paytm app

• Tap on the Profile icon at the top right corner of the screen.

• Tap on ‘Create a New Account’

• Enter your mobile number, email address, and a password.

• Tap on 'Create a New Account'.

• You will get an OTP on the mobile number you entered

• Once you enter the OTP and click on ‘Submit’, and enter your First Name, Last Name, and DOB

• Tap on 'Create Account'

• Your account will be created

HOW TO PAY ELECTRICITY BILL THROUGH PAYTM ACCOUNT?

• Open the Paytm app

• Click on electricity

• select your state and electricity distributor

• Enter your consumer no. billing unit, etc. And click on proceed

• your billing amount will be reflected and click on proceed to pay

• I wish to get a cashback to apply suitable promo code and click on proceed

• select payment options credit /debit /UPI, etc.

• your electricity bill will be paid now it will take up to 2 working date to reflect on your distributor website
